"Everything was great! Except the pillows, which were some of the hardest pillows i’ve ever had to use. I had to roll up my sweater and use that as a pillow, my neck was stiff for days.
I did not sleep at all that night and kinda ruined some of the plans I had for the day.
All in all, get some softer pillows!"
"This was such a lovely hotel + Montauk experience! It’s right next to the beach, in a great part of town, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Casual, yet elevated with cute little amenities, like beach chairs and a white noise machine which are such perfect additions. I will absolutely be coming back to this gem of a hotel."
"Our Expedia reservation was a little screwed up do we had to wait longer than usual for check in, but they upgraded us to ocean view from pool view without us asking. Turns out we were surprised with an additional $43 resort fee?!? Expedia did not notify of this and it was disappointing to pay that extra! It included parking and there were no spots in the lot so we had to park across the street at night anyway! Complete unnecessary fee, scam like."
"It was not user-friendly for handicap people my mother used a Rollator there were stairs everywhere, uneven blocks, etc. you always had to go take steps to your room up or down
The serving staff was excellent
But be careful of additional charges as I had to really review my folio and was refunded an occurrence
They need additional chairs for the pool and bar areas
The coffee server at the shop was the only server
They need two in the morning"
