"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"The hotel was quite lovely. It had a beautiful pool and the rooms were very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the maid service was impeccable. Breakfast and parking were included so that was a bonus. There was a fabulous local Italian Osteria 4 minutes from the hotel that gave you options for dinner. Overall a wonderful place to stay when visiting Florence. We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10."

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was fun and social, and the rooftop views were beautiful. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar experience overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. We paid €50 for the upgrade package, advertised as 2 rounds of 2 drinks. "We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...
