"The breakfast was great, though not very varied; it was complete and worth it. The staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel is very nice. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could improve; they were dusty, and even with daily cleaning requests, dirty water glasses weren't changed. The parking was great and very convenient. Without a doubt, it's an excellent hotel, and we highly recommend it; it's very well located."

"The place is beyond our expectation of a nice place to stay on our first visit to Quebec. Staff are friendly, breakfast is well managed, staff were present refilling, monitoring buffet food supplies, keeping food and dining area clean and organized. "The room and property were spotless and in a great location. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Apparently different rooms have different features, so be sure to ask for what you need(like a tub- ours was in our room). Our room had very few electrical outlets - that and the TV, which was very glitchy due to a new system, were our only complaints."

"Everything was great we were in the heart of the old city very easy to walk around and explore. Parking was good because they had enough spots but I could imagine that being a challenge if ever the ran out of parking spots as parking is limited. rooms are pretty small but they had everything you really need from a hotel so no complaints"

"We were never sent a code to get into the hotel nor was there a code sent to get into the room. There are no staff on site. Make sure you get a code. We arrived at midnight and luckily found a number to call where someone was able to help us. That was our only issue. We loved staying here!!!!!! Rooms are small but great. Bed was comfortable! Close to everything! Please note there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs especially stairs and luggage get a main floor suite!"
