"Room was clean. Needs updating."

"First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. We had a spacious balcony that was virtually unusable -- the floor was so slanted it felt like you were going to slide off. The railing was wobbly (we were on the 5th floor), and the service area of the hotel must have been just below us, it was so loud we couldn't stand sitting out there -- which was a bummer because we had paid extra for the room, a lot more than the standard, and the view was phenomenal. Just didn't feel safe, and you couldn't hear the person next to you the machinery down below was so loud. Beds, sheets and pillows are fantastic -- very quiet once the balcony door was closed, and we slept very well. And the rest of the rooms amenities were just great. The TV, the coffee maker, the toiletries in the shower, all top notch. The breakfast in the main restaurant wasn't that great, but they're also we're not a lot of guests taking advantage of it, so it's sort of understandable. Unexpected though, I would think the food would be really important to maintain a draw. "

"The water was turned off without anybody knowing I think that was real unprofessional and the sink has water going down on my floor the bathroom the other side did not work the TV have worked but the quietness and the cleanliness was good but the room I was in it's stunk I enjoyed to stay by working other than that they want us to park. They just need to remodel everything install everything they need to shut down though but it was a cheap motel but the what they charge you it wasn't called for cuz it ain't worth it"

"The place has really gone down. It was very noisy, floors were wet. The bed was squeaky, snack machine out of order.. The hallway smelled of marijuana."

"Very dated but clean. Spacious shower, plenty of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. Staff was great."

"I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon."
