"I have so many positive things to say. Staff was wonderful, and even with a language barrier they did their best. Some staff speaks english too. Housekeeping was amazing. Special shout out to Cida who was more than kind, and we got attached to her over the 4 weeks we stayed there. My son always ran to hug her when we saw her. The hotel offered a lot for breakfast, but be prepared to ask for more cheese bread because it runs out quickly. None of the signs are in English so you'll need to translate to eat breakfast. Our room wasnt as nice as the pictures and there was no microwave or kettle like I had hoped. It's not a problem for a short stay but we stayed 4 weeks so i really missed those. It needed a paint job in a few places in our room, and it wasnt sound proof. But we were far from the elevator so that helped to minimize the noise at least. The pool was clean but very cold (it was winter when we visited)... and the listing on expedia said there was an arcade. It wasnt an arcade like i expected. It was a pool table for adults only. I traveled with my 5 year old and chose this hotel because I thought there was a game room he could play in. So that was very disappointing for us. I also thought they had laundry facilities on site but it's actually a laundry service. We walked to bubble box many times, which isnt far, but it was initially a little frustrating. Overall I'd give golden park 4 stars and I would gladly stay again, knowing what I know now. I do recommend golden park"
