"Great room! Most hotel staff was super sweet with the exception of just a few. All the maids were amazing as always. Power went out last night/morning we were there. Had to use single elevator with no lights to get down to lobby. No shower no tv no lights. Overcharged for parking. Had to spend time to get my money back which is super inconvenient. "

"This is mine and my family’s second time staying bay this property. It is great staying here. The sat is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love that it is in a great area with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. When there isn’t a concert or something major going on it can be an affordable property to stay at. I will continue to book this property when visiting my son in Pasadena."
