"The IQ Hotel Firenze was an excellent experience with modern amenities. The location is decent but far enough from train station that Taxi made more sense with luggage. The staff were extremely helpful. The bar was okay, quiet. The restaurant was good. The room had an outstanding walk-in shower with overhead rain shower head. Thank you IQ Firenze for a lovely stay."

"Wow, never before have I stayed in such a terrible place for a vacation. Let’s start the mattresses are hard like a ROCK… no joke. It should be noted that there is a step to get into the bathroom, that i stubbed my foot on many times. The rooms are also VERY dark. The staff were not helpful at all, wanted to warm up a sandwich & I was shuffled all around to try and find a place, finally spoke with a staff member who asked another staff to use the panini grill, he reluctantly did. "Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Zimmer war ganz toll, super eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Super war das auch ein Parkplatz am Hotel ist. Die Lage zur Stadtmitte ist auch super fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit."

"I had a wonderful stay! The continental breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of options, including hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. My room was spotless, and the air conditioning was a welcome escape after exploring Florence in the summer heat. The modern large shower was great! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was excellent—an easy walk to the train station and close to Florence’s beautiful...

"Incredibly beautiful property located in one of the best locations all of the great things to say are 2 to 10 minute walk at most. The building has a great Italian old architecture, but beautifully done interiors. The room I stayed in had its own steam room, its own sauna and a Jacuzzi and a living room. The staff went out of their way to assist me because I did not have a digital copy of some of the things I needed for check-in."

"The room was super dirty (blood on sheets, pubs and outdoor debris like branches). When we went and advised the reception, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me it is what it is. Horrible experience."

"Great location and excellent stay! The breakfast was great but the “bar” area was a bit puzzling. I asked for service at the front desk because it was not staffed. They said someone would come and help us, but 30 min later no one showed up. Otherwise it was a great place and would stay again."
