"Hotel con parcheggio privato molto comodo,con anche tettoia per riparare le auto dal sole. Reception e location semplice quasi sicuramente a gestione familiare. Qualità ottima della reception e della disponibilità per ogni evenienza. Camere semplici come arredo ma funzionali con letto molto comodo,matrimoniale e non i soliti 2 singoli accoppiati. Doccia calda fin da subito e ottimo anche il phon capelli. Colazione semplice ma ottima,diverse torte fresche e cornetti. Qualità prezzo eccellente...

"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"B&B molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio. Letto comodo con lenzuola ricamate nel perfetto stile del B&B, pulito e buona la colazione che viene servita in uno spazio comune piacevolissimo. Tutti molto gentili, ci sono venuti in contro sia nell'orario di arrivo, che anticipando la colazione visto che dovevamo ripartire presto. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte. Super consigliato."

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I...

"This place has a lovely feel, like a Tuscan villa. you are next to the airport and the motorway but we woke up to the doves in the trees and only noticed when the windows was opened that you were close to the motorway. We could have stayed two nights but only stayed the one and regretted it. They really try with their food and local suppliers. I hope to go back."

"La camera anche se pur minimale era pulita e accogliente. Bagno pulitissimo e spazioso. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto cordiale ed esaustiva. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Il B&B si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Cortona, non facile il parcheggio ma trovato molto facilmente grazie alle precise indicazioni che ci erano state fornite prima del nostro avviso. Consiglio per chi vuole trascorre anche solo pochi giorni in visita a questa bella città Toscana."

"Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "

"Arredamenti e location bello e affascinante, il borgo in pietra fa il suo effetto, mi è sembrato però che la gestione è ancora ancorata a vecchie logiche, un esempio è stata la mancanza del disinfettante e la giustificazione "la titolare lo deve andare a comprare" (non hanno un ufficio acquisiti?!) o anche le grucce negli armadi che sembrano "recuperate dai negozi". La camera era un pò bassina e quindi fruibile per un terzo dei mq dichiarati. Non abbiamo usufuito della SPA, dalle foto ci siamo...
