"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. "Really nice family hotel. Suites are great for a family. Decor is a little outdated but the size and layout more than makes up for it. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pools are amazing. Breakfast really good. Dinner not bad either. Lake access is right across the street. 15 minute walk to a really quaint town with nice restaurants and shops. Overall a really nice experience and huge grounds which is rare for some Italian hotels. "

"Small hotel in a beautiful area and very convenient for ferry's, restaurants, beaches etc. Very clean and staff extremely welcoming and very very helpful. Air conditioning is good and included in the price. The only downside was the soundproofing of the rooms as lots of noise from some loud guests whilst we stayed on several nights."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time.
