"The entrance and location of this hotel were impressive right from arrival. We were greeted by a lovely woman named Lydia (I believe that was her name), who was wonderful and went out of her way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't consistent — another staff member who was in charge when Lydia wasn't there seemed to spend most of his time on his phone, and never once acknowledged us coming or going.
