Has to be experienced

This is a gem of a family run hotel in a gorgeous medieval village nested on a hill. You will enjoy a curated home made breakfast with all sorts of home baked goodies and even home made jams!

Medieval town, pretty hotel

Beautiful hotel but a little hard to find and deal with. Probably better for Italians than Americans. Wonderful breakfast and comfortable room. We could not locate the parking and the lady seemed shocked that we had a car. The car got stuck in more than one alleyway while attempting to find the hotel, so hopefully if you go, you have a very small car.

A gem

This place is amazing. The view from the terrace where you can have breakfast is breathtaking and relaxing. Breakfast is all home made to high standards and makes you feel genuinely pampered. The owners are understated, discrete and helpful. Top!

Breve soggiorno durante viaggio di lavoro. Hotel confortevole con possibilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito a 100m dalla struttura (attenzione, alcuni passaggi richiedono di percorrere con l'auto strette viuzze, il borgo è medioevale!). Camera pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa, dotata di un buon WiFi. Buona la colazione. Pecca mancanza di ascensore che per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema.

A lovely place, very clean with charming hosts, and a spectacular view from the terrace. Excellent bed linen and a very comfortable bed. Just a bit disappointing I didn't have a view from my room.

In pieno centro storico, struttura tradizionale in mattoni a vista anche negli interni comuni. Camera confortevole con fornitura di doppi cuscini ancge.in memory foam e stirapantaloni elettrico, bagno ampio e finestrato. Ottima prima colazione con prodotti locali.

A view out of a fairytale. Cobblestone streets with some steep slopes. Wonderful people, speaking only Italian,of which we spoke none.

Montecòsaro e La Luma un bell'abbinamento!

Bene, nel centro del paese, bello, qualche problema con il wifi e spazio non ben organizzati nella stanza. colazione con ampia scelta. Lo consiglio!

Isolated but Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel in beautiful old town. Service very good and views from room 5 were magnificent. However there was very little else in the olld town though we did find one restaurant which was very good.

Confortevole hotel sulle colline Marchigiane

La struttura ricavata da un vecchio edificio medievale è molto caratteristica, il borgo molto tranquillo gode di una splendida vista sulla Valle del Chienti e sui Monti Sibillini. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono ampie bagno confortevole pulite arredate con gusto e silenziose; la colazione ricca sia italiana che continentale a richiesta con prodotti a Km.0 prodotti dalla proprietà, c'è una splendida terrazza con vista dove è possibile possibile fare colazione con vista spettacolare. Da provare assolutamente il ristorante La Luma dove è possibile gustare, preparate dallo chef, i piatti caratteristici del posto in un ambiente raffinato e di classe.

Hotel a pochi km dall'uscita dell'autostrada

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché' a pochi km dall'uscita dell'autostrada quale tappa nel viaggio di ritorno dal Salento. Si trova in un borgo tutto medievale ed è veramente caratteristico. Ottima la colazione al mattino, che si può consumare anche sulla terrazza panoramica. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie in quanto cii sono parecchi gradini. Comunque vale veramente la pena fermarsi qui.
