Valerio arranged for tours and conveniences and Yassmine ensured that my dining experience was superb! All staff, including the dining room hostess, were marvelous. "This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."
