"We had a lovely time at the Hotel Carmen Teresa. I’m used to staying at hotels with more amenities, so was a little concerned about staying at a small hotel, but what a wonderful hotel staff and location! It felt so safe for three women travelling together, with many restaurants, grocery stores and the beach close by. The room was was simple but clean and comfortable - certainly all we needed. The pool was lovely and the service was fantastic."

"Hôtel convenable mais le ménage reste superficiel. Personnel pas très aimable. Hôtel qui ressemble à une usine. Tout est payant (coffre fort...). Si votre avion de retour est en fin de journée, vous pouvez conserver la chambre moyennant 30 ou 50€!!!
Points positifs : bien placé dans le centre. Environ 1,5 km des plages avec des escaliers (une bonne centaine de marches)
Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait convenable.
Si vous souhaitez un peu de romantisme, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut."

"Clean Hotel, but Very Poor Self-Catering Facilities
The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms and public areas, and the location right next to the beach is excellent.
However, the self-catering facilities are extremely disappointing. The “kitchen” consists of only a sink and two hobs, with virtually no worktop or storage space. Even worse, the wardrobe is directly next to the cooking hobs, meaning cooking smells go straight into the wardrobe and leave your clothes smelling of food....

"Location is very nice however rooms are a bit dated, with cracks in the flooring and we also found a pest in the room and the room was on fifth floor. Must admit the breakfast was excellent, do not know about other meals as we didn’t opted for those. Pool was nice but it does get overcrowded quickly. No parking at the hotel so beware if you are planning to rent a car. It is free parking on the streets but it is a very popular location so it is quite difficult to find.. if you do find a parking...
