Very helpful staff-while I think I speak French well enough to get by, understanding it is a whole other ballgame - fine to practice while ordering a coffee and engaging in small talk, but a transaction such as checking in or out of a hotel is not where I want to make mistakes-so staff was super helpful in switching to English for me and I’m so grateful!
Breakfast set up was beautiful-fresh fruit, lovely mini-pastries, instant oatmeal and cereal and, excellent coffee, . Where I would like to see a little improvement is the quality of hot options, and to have the coffee and tea available outside of breakfast hours. Oh also, I love that you had real dishes and mugs and not just paper and plastic-truly appreciate that! Oh and location was excellent-easy to get to, easy parking!"
