"When we arrived to check in, the front desk clerk informed us in a particularly rude way, without even looking at us, that the room we had reserved on Expedia… just ten minutes earlier… was no longer available. He simply offered us “something similar.”
Obviously, after traveling, you don’t really have the luxury of refusing, so we had to accept. As if that wasn’t enough, he then told us that parking was extra. For a highway-side hotel, that’s pretty unbelievable.
No effort, no professionalism, no sense of service. A serious lack of class.
There are clearly better options elsewhere. Stay somewhere else."
