The information on Expedia made me feel this was a safe, clean hotel. It was everything but that. Thankful I was able to cancel the second night that was reserved and receive a credit for that night.

Dirty and rusty, tile floor broken, towel rack rusty towels were dirty. Noise all night. Floor were dirty and lamps and hair dry were full of dust. Bed was ok, but sheet had small spots that looked like blood or soiled. Did not used the just pushed them to the side. Not a family oriented place to stay.

I'm very sorry I did not read the reviews. The reviews on here (Hotels.com) are pretty bad but OMG....read the ones on other platforms. All 100% true. EXTREMELY RUDE young lady at the front desk. No "hello-welcome." She looked perturbed that she had to get up from the couch to check me in. The neighborhood and outside of the building seemed sketchy. The room was actually okay. Old fashioned-not modern at all - torn curtains.....but decent and seemed clean. But after reading reviews on other platforms I probably didn't look close enough. There was ZERO free breakfast to speak of so I went to Starbucks to get my own breakfast only to come back and find out I'm locked out of the building. After several doorbell rings someone unlocked it. Lots of LOUD construction going on across the hall. I might have been able to overlook a lot of things but after my initial HORRIBLE customer service upon check-in......I will never go back and never recommend this place. We work hard for our money and we are not going to be treated terribly when we spend it at your establishment. A smile and a warm welcome helps set the tone for a traveler new to your hospitality.

My stay here has been wonderful. While I was here, the hotel upgraded my room with a new bed and furniture, which made me feel like royalty. I also want to give special recognition to one of the housekeepers, an older Hispanic lady whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. She was incredibly kind, personable, and thorough—she made my stay feel comfortable and cared for. The combination of great service and the effort the hotel puts into making guests feel valued really stood out to me. Thanks!
