"The doors do not latch with out slide chain lock, only have one channel. The bathroom always has water in the floor from shower drainage and the room has a nasty odor. The front desk lady when checking in, she charges 25 dollars to check in before 3:00PM. I don’t shower there or take my shoes off."

They offer a continental breakfast but this property is a no-frills type of accommodation. Still, the location, price point, and convenience make it a great choice when in the downtown Roanoke area. Will certainly stay again."

"When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food.
I would spend the night there again."

"By far this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to switch rooms because the mattress pad in the room I was originally put in had debri and hair all over it. Housekeeping wasnt available to change the bedding so they made me move rooms. The 2nd room was no better. The sheets, mattress pad, and mattress cover all had huge disgusting stains on them. "
