"- Staff was nice and attentive, however they requested a $100 deposit for the room on TOP of my online reservation once I arrived, which I was told will be "given back in 6-7 business days." I imagine this is to prevent people from damaging the building so they can . - Room was clean, but had obvious maintenance issues. Caulk seals in the bathroom were missing and some of the tiles were cracked so there WILL be future mold from water. Air conditioning and heating was reasonable for the summer weather via a small wall mounted unit. - Parking is tight in the back, but reasonable in the front. You are fitting MAX a modern 1/2 ton sized truck, don't try anything bigger."

"We had a very nice stay in this well kept and clean inn. The host was very helpful in guiding us where to go. We love how the beach is just a few minutes walk and there’s a lot of nearby places to explore by car."

"The room was very nice. Not sure if all the rooms have the huge tub/showers but just be aware that you have a huge step to get in. Was nice to be able to walk to the ocean and a short drive to lots of food options."

"The location can't be beat - right on the ocean, near a path along the water, walking distance to the aquarium and walking distance to downtown Pacific Grove. It was absolutely beautiful, with lots of sea life - including sea otters every morning. The Inn was spotless, breakfast great and water and coffee all day - much appreciated. The staff was super helpful. Parking is a bit tight, but there's on-street parking available."
