"Staff were nice. However on check in they asked us if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. They then informed us to call the housekeeping line the next morning. When we called they said they only clean rooms every 4 days. Breakfast was non existent. And parking was limited as they had three large storage containers blocking half the parking lot. Beautiful location and place overall"

"El hotel está muy bonito tiene un spa unas sillas con una hoguera para hacer tus smores y se encuentra en un vecindario muy bonito,está como a 5 minutos de el pueblito de Pacific Grove muy bonito pueblo con tiendas y restaurantes y los días Lunes hacen su Farmers Market y está a 15 minutos de Monterrey y a 15 de Carmel y a pocas millas de la playa Plebble Beach y del 17-mile scenic coastal road. Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación que el baño era compartido pero eso no era el problema,el problema era que eran unas puertas corredizas y quedaban abiertas de los dos cuartos y pues cuando uno va al baño quiere privacidad a la mejor si fueran puertas de cerrar no habría ese problema,los calentadores del cuarto no funcionaban pero hay unos que tú puedes conectar por si sientes frío ,no habían muchos toma corriente para cargar tu teléfono. La cama si estaba muy cómoda y muy limpia y ordenada y las toallas limpias . Nos quedamos 2 noches y llegaron a sacar la basura y a cambiar las toallas eso me gustó . Me quedaría nuevamente allí “SI” pero pediría un cuarto con puertas con mas privacidad."
