"This property was such a gem. Located in a pretty quiet neighborhood (other than the sea birds, but that comes with the territory), it was so nice to have our own four walls and not worry about hearing other travelers. It was incredibly easy to get in and out and the staff was great helping us with a late check in. I only wish we had longer to stay!"

"I love an Embassy Suites for families. This one was a little miss. The toilet did not work upon arrival but they did get it fixed. The floors on the lobby near the restaurant were always sticky which is gross. The pool towels were terrible. The windows were dirty. We checked in with a party of 5 and there were 3 towels and 4 pillows. I would think if you’ve checked in with 5 for 3 nights, you would at least have 1 towel and 1 pillow per person. They did bring us more when requested. They ran out of Togo coffee cups at the breakfast buffet. Just little things that shouldn’t happen at a nice hotel. Staff were lovely. They had fences up all over the parking lot with no explanation if we could park in certain areas or not. It was a great location for all Monterey and even Carmel activities. Great for families. Just easy little fixes to make it better."

"The entire hotel is super clean. The rooms and bathroom is spacious. There’s a nice restaurant on the first floor. The hotel offers a very nice cup of coffee in the morning in the lobby. There’s are a happy hour between 5-6pm served in the lobby. All nice amenities offer with the stay. The hotel offers a valet service. The location of the hotel is great. One block to the water and one block to several very nice restaurants."
