"Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again."

"Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. "

The bed was very comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. It was in a great location, very close to the train station. Parking at the train station was easy and close by, even with luggage. Lots of restaurants close by too. "

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "Located just a few minutes up from the train station. They even met us there to escort us. The room was so clean—freshly mopped when we arrived, and they came each day to freshen up. We loved hearing the river running down below. The balcony was a lovely extra. Vernazza was the perfect central location for exploring Cinque Terre."
