"Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. "Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything!
