"The property is great ane fairly centrally locates to get between the different activities, even if you rent a car. One downside that needs to be considered is safety around the waterslides in the pool area. There was 1 lifeguard watching both slides that emptied into pools that the guests were swimming in. No one was really watching to make sure individuals were out of the way at the bottom of the slides, not is there a way to see if the pool is clear before sliding. This can lead to a trip to the emergency room, like what happened on our trip resulting in a broken wrist"

"Most incredible place we’ve ever stayed! The views were phenomenal, food was delicious, service & staff were amazing. We had our 4 yr old with us and there was so much for them to do as well. The hot springs were wonderful & so close to the rooms. A short drive away from La Fortuna and also Mistico park for rainforest adventures. Toucans right off our back porch, howler monkey wake up calls, hummingbirds all over. 10/10 highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to come back!"

"We stayed in a superior room with a private hot spring which was cleaned daily and secluded. Communal hot springs have a lot of tree and plant debris so at night we didn’t notice it until we felt our hair. Restaurant food is good and big portions, but a bit expensive since you don’t have walkable options. Free breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Lots of families so we encountered a lot of crying babies. The hiking trail isn’t well maintained and goes behind some rooms which make it awkward. Overall good quality and value for your money"

"CASA LUNA HOTEL & SPA IS PARADISE CLOSE TO ARENAL VOLCANO 🌋 THE ROOMS WERE SO SPACIOUS EVERY STAFF MEMBER I SAWW SPOKE TO ME WITH A SMILE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD , The property is soooo beautiful from the lush gardens and exotic plants and birds ! The pool and the jacuzzi placed throughout the property hidden by beautiful plants is amazing you feel like you are in middle of the rain forest relaxing ! BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING EVERYDAY FRESH FRUIT 🍉 REAL FRUIT !!!! And hot and cold options everyone can enjoy and the Omlet station was a great addition as well. The trail on the property that takes you the creek ia unreal I walked it everyday and saw something new each time. The rooms were so clean and the bed was comfortable I didn’t want to get up. This was my first time in Costa Rica I will be coming. To stay at Casa Luna again . Also when you stay walk off property and see the town it’s so beautiful and peaceful and the locals are so friendly! Make sure you support them !!!"
