The staff was very pleasant, and she did whatever she could. We booked a quadruple room, but we received an email from Nafre House stating that it was accidentally double-booked due to a system glitch. They promised to provide us with two double rooms side by side, at no additional cost. But that promise was not kept. Our rooms were far apart. This hotel is a warehouse converted into a motel. We booked for two nights, but we were so pissed off that we decided to check out the very next morning. We requested for a refund for one night, but we were denied. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The walls were thin, so we heard the people in the next room coughing, & a rooster crowed at all hours. Never did get the hot water to work in the shower.

There was no hot water. My wife and kids had to take cold showers. We brought this to the notice of the staff and they quickly came to take a look at it. There is not centralized water heater. Looked like a coil based heater inside the shower head that did not seem to work. The roof is either asbestos or metal and we could hear the rain/wind/automobiles easily. The beds were not comfortable. The staff are great people. Treated us very friendly and nice. Helped with restaurant recommendations and responded to the service calls immediately. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, we paid $250 for one night and it did not seem worth that.

Un très bon service à la réception, la jeune fille a la réception nous a grandement aidé a réserver une activité avec un guide, et nous a accommodé pour que nous aillons le petit déjeuner plus tôt. Le petit déjeuner à la carte était très bon. Proche de la ville, mais assez éloigné pour la tranquillité. Les chambres sont confortables. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

We stayed there for a night, the room (#5) did not even have a curtain for privacy. Anyone can see through the door which was quite uncomfortable. I did not bother to complain because we were super tired. The breakfast was really good and for the price we paid its worth it.
