"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. "WOW!!! I love that the room had hardwood floor! Upon entering it SMELLED CLEAN!! 😍 They had the A/C on so that was another bonus because it was warm but it did not have that smell when the unit is old or that stale smell! Bedding was clean and LOVE how they embraced going green! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I’m super impressed! Would I recommend this hotel… I already have to multiple drivers 😂 I’m never staying at a holiday inn again 😂"

Wish they would have had a fitness room that wasn’t the gym across the street… location is excellent. Near lots of trails and right in town (but still secluded by a beautiful creek!). "Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "
