"The hotel’s location is excellent, just steps from the center of town, and the price was very reasonable. The family room worked especially well for our group of four friends, offering plenty of space and the convenience of two full bathrooms. The main drawbacks are that the property feels quite dated and could benefit from renovations. "The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and a quick walk to the Chamount Sur Loire Chateau (which was amazing!) The modern style/design of the hotel was really fun, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was mostly friendly , especially Olivia and Julia in reception. The onsite restaurant was very good, and quite reasonable considering how fancy the food was. "This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. "This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us...

Is right at the tram stop and blocks from very good restaurants and interesting old neighborhoods. The value of this hotel is superior to the sister Hilton property across the road in my opinion."
