"We’ve stayed at many”4-star” boutique hotels over the years, and each has had at least one flaw. Hotel LaPau is as near perfection as we’ve experienced. The location and staff were great, our room was quiet and comfortably well appointed, the included breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool was amazing. Very deserving of 5 stars!"

"Had an amazing stay here 19th-23rd of July and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Ideal location close to a local bustling square with plenty of options for food and drinks. The room was immaculate and that A/C was a good send in the Barcelona heat! Great communication available with the staff via WhatsApp. Comfortable bed and literally everything you could ask for or need (including toothbrushes and toothpaste!) literally no complaints at all 10/10 highly recommend, you won't...

"Great location to all the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Very loud hotel though… could use some light touch ups to cosmetic wear and tear. Over all it was an okay stay. I don’t think I would book again."

"Amazingly large 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment like property very close to the cruise port. We stayed one night after our Mediterranean cruise ended at Barcelona. They were nice enough to allow our luggage and backpacks to be held there until 3 PM check-in! The only negative is nobody actually at the property at all the times but it’s perfect for larger families and they respond withWhatsapp and email promptly, please make arrangements for luggage drop off early."

"Notre chambre premium... Au 10 ieme sentait énormément l'humidité...Ça sentait vraiment mauvais... Ça sentait bon à notre arrivée à cause des produits nettoyant mais ensuite... Oufff... On avait hâte que notre séjour de 4 Nuits se termine... Peut-être l'air climatisé dû pour un nettoyage ..... L'AC n'était pas très forte... Déjeuner correct sans plus pour le prix... Une taxe de 44 Euros était prévu lors de notre réservation... Mais on nous a chargé 69 Euros à notre arrivée et non 44... L'hôtel...

"The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4, with a twin bed for each. The hotel has good location in La Rambla with access to a lot of restaurants, and walkable distance to Plaza Catalunya. However, because of the construction around La Rambla there is noise and it’s and the surrounding areas are not very clean."
