"Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do...

"We would definitely recommend these apartments. Great location to access lots of locations. A one minute walk from the metro. Although you are right in the heart of everything, once you are inside the apartment it is whisper quiet. Air conditioning worked really well and the kitchen came fully sticked with everything we needed including laundry and dishwasher pods. It felt really secure too. Lots of restaurants nearby. "The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor."

"we had a terrible sewer smell in our 1st room floor. there was some gap opening that was not sealed on the floor under pull out couch that the sewer smell was coming from. it was so bad we went to local store and bought some plastic tape and taped the opening shut which solved the issue. before that it was making my kids sick from smell. the property should address this . other than that it was ok. they did make an effort to come and clean when i complained about the smell but they did...
