"Beds were comfortable & hotel was clean but tired. Annik in the restaurant was great & very personable. What we did not like was no coffee station in the lobby so you can get a coffee anytime of the day for no cost, very few coffee pods in the room & it should not be Nespresso machines. The shower head was loose & you had to hold it up either your other hand for the water jet to hit your body. There was a musty smell in the bathrooms, no fans, & the paint on the ceiling in the bathrooms were...

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, the accommodation was only okay, but I was disappointed to find that the carpet was wet and the toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, the check-in process was frustrating. While the receptionist was assisting me, another guest approached from the side, and she immediately turned her focus to him instead. When I asked if she was prioritizing him because he spoke French, she responded quite rudely. I expected a much...

"My rooms AC didn’t work for 3 out of the 5 days.
First two days I complained to the front desk and they said the manager will deal with it in the morning. I couldn’t even sleep. I sleep in the cold even in winter so that was very uncomfortable. When we told the staff because we only used the hotel to sleep - they would just say I’m alone and don’t know what to do. The manager will fix it. First 2 days and the last night was horrible. And we just decided to check out and go somewhere else for...
