Generally everything was great. Check-in was mildly challenging as the keys didn’t work and it took longer than usual, but the gentleman was in training, and that’s just life. Only real complaint, and it’s a strange one, we opened the night table door between the two beds in room 1208, and someone had clipped their toenails and left them all inside for us to find. Cleaning staff must have missed it.
