Helpful friendly staff. Great location. Only issue was hotel restaurant said it was open until 11:00pm but kitchen actually closed at 10:15pm. Made finding food after a late flight in difficult.

Well located on the edge of Chinatown and a 10 minute walk to old Montreal. The lobby level is a beautiful Chinese garden and koi pond. They have a washer and dryer available for guests. It was easy to drive up to with our rental car that we turned in to avoid paying for parking.

The hotel was in a great location, and our room was cleaned every day without having to ask for it to be cleaned. Staff were so kind and polite, and we were able to leave our luggages after check-out to explore the city before we left.

The location is fantastic. Placing you right in chinatown with tons of options for fantadtic food nearby. The bartender Ryan was such a great host. From drinks to directions and recommendedations he provided it all!

This hotel was classified as a 4 star hotel which it was most definitely not!!! The carpets were so filthy that I did not want to touch the floor. The furniture was so old and filthy that I would not sit on it. The bed linens were clean, but the rest of the hotel was falling apart! The cost that we paid was astronomical for this hotel. I would never advise anyone to stay here!

Pierre was awesomely helpful at check in and check out. Room was spacious. Location was perfect. Im Chinatown, 5 min walk into Old Montreal. It felt very safe to walk around, even very late at night (with 2 kids returning from walking Old Montreal at 1 am).
