I booked a room and when I got to my room, there was people using my room, so they double booked us and the people using my room put it in such bad condition(blood a bit everywwhere) we couldn't use the room and they had no extra rooms available.

The reason why I like Hygie Hotel is because the cubicles are small enough for privacy. They are not like the open spaced bunks/beds that most other hostels have. Whoever came up with the idea of the enclosed cubicle is clearly a genius. Anyway, I look forward to returning during my next visit to Montreal.

There was no laxury at all, I just wasted my total money. It was not even a king size bed which they provided and nothing provided for the utilities like toilet peppers which is basic, no one there on the front desk to ask for even a water. On the google they are saying they have parking on site but in actual they don't have it. It was so hilarious stay.Hotel is under construction and room is in the basement with full of dust and dirt.

I couldn’t stay more than 30mins at this place. Absent staff, pod was okay but the room wasn’t very clean and my locker didn’t have a door. Very little to no ventilation and it’s in a basement. I think they were renovating the place but I wasn’t told and the staff place wasn’t very neat.

Je n'avais aucune eau chaude, j'ai tenté de communiqué à partir de la porte principale avec les administrateurs sans succès. Il y avait des poils dans la douche et beaucoup de poussières sur les rebord de fenêtres, des toiles d'araignée dans les coins de murs et fenêtres.

The pod wasn’t bad, but the person just beside mine was drinking alcohol, complete drunk, the smell was unbearable. I had to leave after 15 minutes because I didn’t feel safe too.

The room was not very clean, the bed sheets either. There's no customer service and we had problems with the code to get into the building. Also the last night we stay. There was an old person who was struggling getting into the building. We called multiple times and no one answered.

When I got to the Hotel , there was nobody at the lobby for more then an hour , Came back later in the afternoon noon and they apologized, the staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. No hot water at all for the shower this morning. Great price for a night in Montreal Old port.

Chewing gum collé au plafond de notre capsule, la toilette ainsi que la diuche etaient tres sale et nont pas ete lavé des 4 jours ou nous y sommes restés. Je nai pas vu aucun personnel pendant ces 4 jours. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, lorsque nous fermions le rideau de la capsule il faisait hyper chaud, nous devions dormir ave le rideau entre ouvert
