It was nightmare to stay in this hotel. The room were I stayed was terrible as I was just stayed from 7:30 pm until 5:30 am morning. Around 12:30 am and around 2:30 am it was so loud noise of the guests that I couldn't get sleep. I was disturbed throughout the night. I booked hotel to take rest if I knew that I will not get rest in my layover for my next connecting flight I will not wast $200 on hotel room rather I would stay at airport at saved money. The front desk staff in the morning was rude as I requested for airport shuttle and he replied if I checkout in 2 minutes then he can send driver to drop me otherwise I have to wait half an hour. I understand the policy of half an hour gap for shuttles but the way it was told not acceptable. If really hotel management realized that the mistake they made then they should refund me in full

Room wasent very clean - pee on toilet and brown spot on tub.. door knobs were very sticky.... noisy at night (guest next door kept me awake until almost 4 am.) Staff were amazing and front desk very accomodating !!! I came in late and accomoted me with a late check out and the shuttle to the airport and also kept my bags safe for the day! I was by the front desk - so lots of come and go. I also have a picky eyes for details - But overall, i needed a bed for the night and was very satisfied with it ! :)

We booked the hotel to sleep in a king size bed, and enjoy the spa/hottub facilities that were advertised. No king beds available even though we specifically booked one, and the hottub/spa had been closed down for months. Staff was not interested in helping or accommodating for ANYTHING. very discouraging stay

Unfortunately, they had a large number of guests that act like they live there (they might). Very loud, drunk, inconsiderate behaviour. They even tried getting into our room at 2AM! Dozens of them altogether and the paper thin door/walls do nothing to dampen the noise. Cleaning service only on demand (we weren't told) so our room wasn't cleaned. The safe was locked when we arrived so we couldn't access it and our key card didn't work on the gym door. We were too annoyed to try to get it fixed. I'd stay there again....if I did something really bad and felt I deserved to be punished

I booked this a couple of months ago and we had stayed there before, although several years have passed. I booked a King room and when we checked in it was not available- the explanation was that “the government had taken over all the floors with king rooms”. Ummm. We stayed on the first floor but it felt like the basement. Never again. Staff were lovely but there seemed to be a lot of security staff…

I booked this property thinking that it would be a good hotel close to the airport. The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport. I asked him how he was doing and where he was from. He mentioned that he was from Pakistan, and started to talk about his country and how bad it is. How Mulslims kill Christian and other people in Pakistan. How bad the Canadian government is, how bad the US government is. He started to invite us to his religious place. All in all, it was the worse experience anyone can have for a 10 minutes ride to the hotel. The hotel management should get rid off him as soon as possible. I will never stay at this hotel again after this experience.

Don't take the shuttle
We booked Quality because of its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. Getting to the shuttle bus around 11pm, we were unable to open the door because the driver was asleep at the wheel. As we and other passengers tried to get his attention, it took multiple efforts in the freezing Montreal winter temperatures to wake him up and eventually open the door. Rather disoriented, he questioned why each person was on the bus with no clear thought or rationale as to why. Once we departed to the hotel, he fell asleep while driving multiple times, within the airport and on the highway, veering across multiple lanes and shoulders of the road. Passengers had to keep him awake by either screaming in fear or conversing with him to maintain his attention and alertness. Upon arriving, and bringing this to the hotel's attention, the front desk associate said this was the third complaint in less than 48 hours. We were still told it would be the same driver the following morning - we paid for an Uber instead as there is no way anyone should be taking the risk of injury or harm with that shuttle service. This is extremely unacceptable practice and the driver should have been pulled off the road immediately. This is complete neglect of the well-being of Quality's customers and other drivers on the road. We came to find out that upper management had already been aware of these complaints + previous ones and decided to keep the same driver at the wheel. We will not be staying again.

Very accomodating
I landed in Montreal early around 1300 and i called the Hotel in regards to a possible early check in. The lady at the reception was super accomodating and provided my room as soon as i arrived. I also got the shuttle from the airport. It was convenient and a very short drive to the Hotel. The free shuttle is also a great service.

The receptionist was occupied to play with her phone in the corner. The restaurant was closed during the dinner time. Breakfast not allowed before 7.00 am. Wirl pools no water in any Shuttle driver put several large luggages at the entry door blocking access and for emergency exit. I told him but did not take care at all. We were only four people in the bus. Why putting 5 large luggages directly at the main door? No sense of security. This should be reported to CAA and MTO.
