The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. When I booked online I didn't get an option to select how many people we were and the lady at reception quickly helped fix that. We also accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room by accident and since they didn't have any availability, they made an exception so that we didn't have to go find another hotel and after a 13 hour drive, I'm super appreciative of that fact. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Room is comfortable and presentable. Cleanliness meets my expectation. Breakfast was decent and filling but did not enjoy much since we were in a hurry to catch up an occasion.

Talk about furniture beds was so bad can’t sleep whole night need to change beds . Cafetaria and food was good . Mainly people go to sleep bed should be be good.

I stayed here last night and there was no running water for over 6 hours. I couldn’t use the bathroom and couldn’t wash my hands. When it finally came back on, the hot water ran brown for over an hour. The front desk staff were apologetic enough and said I would be compensated. But when I went to check out, I had to ask again for my compensation and was offered $10 off my stay by the manager. I argued and got it up to just $15. The service and accountability of the management was really disappointing.

First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel to stay, but need to be honest, there was emergent happened -- the hot water pipe was broken, so we fixed it immediately, so there was no running water around 1.5 to 2 hours, not 6 hours; and we also provided the drinking water for free, and we did our best, we apologize again for that situation you met

Always a great stay !
This is our 4th stay at the Travelodge and we always have a great time. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help in any way. We had a 2 night stay and I asked for extra coffee and cream and they were happy to help me out. It's our home away from home and would never consider any other place to stay...Thank you all for comfortable and inviting place.
