We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. "Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel"

"Staff were excellent. Made to feel extremely welcome upon arrival and got early access as room was ready prior to check in time. The room (studio) was tidy, spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean with all required utensils and amenities available. It was the height of a heatwave while we were there, but temp in room was very well controlled. Location itself is ideal for exploring the old town with shops, bars, boulangeries and cafes all nearby. Easy walking distance...

"A l'accueil la réceptionniste de l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner d'informations car elle ne s'occupait pas des appartements. Elle a juste vaguement dit dans quelles directions ils se trouvaient. Bien sûr pas de bonjour ni rien. Le clic clac était tâché, tout était sale et vétuste et ce qui semblait vraiment bien être de la matière fécale était sur le porte papier toilette ! En repartant le matin, je croise un autre employé, pas de bonjour non plus. Ce doit être une culture d'entreprise."
