"Really lovely stay. Hotel itself is really nice & really convenient. The ski-in, ski-out access is a real winner- you’re literally on the slopes in minutes. We rented all our ski equipment from the shop onsite which was so convenient and our ski passes were waiting for us at reception upon arrival. "The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also...
