"Housekeeping/cleaning was substandard. The front desk staff were helpful. I had to call the supervisor on our 2nd day because blankets were haphazardly thrown on the bed and chair, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a used toothpick noted on the vanity. It was shocking! Overall, we felt safe, the staff was responsive, and the food was tasty!"
