"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. Would 100% stay again but next time would need to bring ear plugs as the club and street noise did keep disturbing some of our party. This was to be expected though staying on Florianska Street. Eye masks are provided as the light levels are quite bright during the night but it would benefit massively from blackout curtains.
