"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"We visited Krakow in December 2025 specifically for the Christmas Market and stayed at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. What a joy! The location in Old Town Krakow can't be beat - it's literally walking distance to most attractions within Old Town. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the historical ambiance of the hotel was weaved throughout the property.
