"Very nice building in excellent condition. Very classy. Location is also fantastic, just a few hundred meters away from the main square. Very clean and well equipped, including a small fridge. Employees are very polite and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide range of options. If you arrive by train, you first walk in a large mall, then in less than 15 minutes you are there. Very convenient."

Would 100% stay again but next time would need to bring ear plugs as the club and street noise did keep disturbing some of our party. This was to be expected though staying on Florianska Street. Eye masks are provided as the light levels are quite bright during the night but it would benefit massively from blackout curtains. Overall, our party of 2 adults and 2 children would definitely book again, location is hard to beat...

"Fantastic location, welcoming staff and reasonable breakfast but definitely some issues. Can’t see out of window or open them due to age of building. Room not dark enough with no blackouts. Terrible smell reported twice. Mostly though the problem was with the noise . Not sure if just our room but every morning woken by neighbours h ch old literally hear every word . As a building it is beautiful from the outside and the vibe etc was great but wasn’t a restful trip , noise and light ."

"Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Old Krakow. Close to the train station, restaurants, shops, etc. The room itself is wonderful - like stepping into the past but with all the modern amenities. Highly recommended."
