"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

"Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. They are speak very good English which was very handy. Plenty of great ideas on where to go and eat. Our room was large and modern, it had a water filtration and coffee machine. The bed was very comfy. We visited during their year anniversary of opening so there was plenty going on at the hotel, the staff were keen to point out that all guest were welcome, we enjoyed the cheap cocktails and food which was excellent. "This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were excellent, and the whole hotel had a lovely atmosphere. We genuinely have no complaints at all and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"This was an amazing boutique hotel that was only 2 blocks from the main square in Krakow. We had the penthouse, and the stay was perfect. Beautiful, expansive views of the cathedral and an impressive space with all the room amenities that you could need, including a fridge, espresso maker and dishwasher. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the best that we had during our entire trip across Poland. The only thing is that if you have a car, there is no parking on site, so make plans to find a paid...

"Excellent location on the edge of Old Town. Property modern and as described. Felt secure with 24 hour reception otherwise a room safe would have been a useful addition. Very clean and quiet during our stay. Very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow."
