"Staff was always welcoming each time we returned. Location is short walk to St. Mary Basilica and lots of restaurants. Place is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and warm. Kept luggage for free with an early arrival. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!"

"The rooms where cleaned everyday. The staff also where happy to get us more teabags, Milk and sugar. The hotel is full of luxury. My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet...

"The hotel was lovely and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was warm, spacious, well furnished and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices, and all the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Julia, who served us at breakfast. She was exceptional. She took the time to help us plan our days, offering practical advice on using the trains and explaining what was located in the areas we wanted to explore....

"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is a spotless Hotel Staff are fantastic Breakfast is and always fantastic as normal my disabled friend was stunned at how and is now she knows why i am retiring to Poland they even found her a disabled shower chair for he at no extra cost she is intending to come back soon with her friend unfortunately i am moving on to another place in poland which came with recommended by staff thankyou all have a Merry Christmas Take care all see you all when passing through Krakow 😀"
