"Good location! Property was 10 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny station (20 minutes train ride from airport). 10 minutes walk to the main square, 15 minutes walk to Wawel Castle. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Unit is located on 3rd floor (counting 1st floor as 1) and very quiet. Excellent amenities. Washer, rack to hang clothes and coffee maker with coffee beans. Paper towels , dish soap and sponge, dish towels which are rare in other properties."

"The shuttle driver who Adrianne arranged to pick us up at the airport, helped us thru all of the doors, spoke to Pamela who was still on site when we arrived and she even carried most of our luggage up to the 3rd floor. It was very helpful at the end of a long flight. I would recommend the MR3 apps to anyone staying in Old town as it is convenient and walkable to many places. Taxis and Ubers are along the way if you get tired and decide you need a ride back."

"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. The free breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced in Europe. We also ate twice in the Polish restaurant attached to the hotel and enjoyed traditional Polish dishes. "Very nice building in excellent condition. Very classy. Location is also fantastic, just a few hundred meters away from the main square. Very clean and well equipped, including a small fridge. Employees are very polite and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide range of options. If you arrive by train, you first walk in a large mall, then in less than 15 minutes you are there. Very convenient."

"Clean, excellent location, lovely room with great views of the street. Would 100% stay again but next time would need to bring ear plugs as the club and street noise did keep disturbing some of our party. This was to be expected though staying on Florianska Street. Eye masks are provided as the light levels are quite bright during the night but it would benefit massively from blackout curtains. Overall, our party of 2 adults and 2 children would definitely book again, location is hard to beat...

"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."
