"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:

"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "

"The apartment was clean, had everything you need for a short stay.
It was a bit confusing to find the entrance as the building entrance is on the side (different street) but otherwise all was fine. "
"Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it. "
