"Enjoyed a good night stay… bed was comfortable and room size is just right for a couple to stay. Location is the plus point, right at the heart of Sonnomiya station so super convenient to go anywhere via train. Will definitely consider this hotel if we come to Kobe again."

"We stayed at Kobe Plaza Hotel West and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has its excellent location right on Motomachi shopping street, just a short walk from Motomachi Station and close to restaurants, shops, Chinatown and other attractions — making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring Kobe on foot. The beds are not small at all. THE RISE OSAKA UNIVERSAL BAYSIDE
10/10 Excellent
"This place is amazing. This place was built in 2025, so everything is brand new. It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. The breakfast was top notch. I recommend highly."
"ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower was a wonderful place to stay. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka, which made the experience extra special. The Sky Buffet restaurant was a highlight — great food with stunning city views. The hotel is very conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to get around. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, it was a great stay and a hotel we would happily recommend."
"Courteous staff all very helpful. Didnt use the laundry service but if i stayed there longer i wouldve used it. Rooms were spotless and clean. Towel deliver daily. Even though i didnt use them. It was a great stay and the location wasnt too bad either. "
