"I loved my suite. It was comfortable and had all the amenities. The fireplace was a nice addition. There is a walking trail about a half a mile away that accesses the river! It was a nice work trip! "

"The room was very clean, the water was hot and the bed was comfy. No issues there. But the wifi didn't connect and as a result you couldn't use the TV--the Hulu logo just say frozen on the screen and the "broadcast TV" image never got as far as actually loading the channels. I also couldn't get 5G on my phone from inside my room--it was sort of an internet dead zone. No TV isn't really that awful I guess, but it would have been nice. The walls were pretty thin as well so I heard every snore and...

"We did not need to use the laundry, but it was available. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty, and there was high-speed Internet. "

"I heard the manager say three people hadnt showed up for work. She couldnt help a customer with late check out because of it. I felt the staff didnt go out of their way to help customers. Plus i had to ask for ice insteadbof it just being available. Staff not friendly"

"Our stay was fine, but we did not like that the property charges $20 to park in their empty lot. Also, they do not offer free wifi, unless you join their club. Two reasons not to book with Hilton. "
