"Staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast staff were exceptional. They worked hard and were very polite. I would not stay here again though. We were told upon arrival that there would be no room service. I’m ok with not having any room service if only staying a day or two but we stayed 4 nights. We had to continually go down to get new towels, toilet paper and wash cloths. We originally thought the conditioner was empty but it turned out it didn’t work. When we went down to get conditioner we were told they couldn’t give us any. We used the pool every day and they were out of towels continuously. Making us take another trip to the lobby. Too many other hotels in the area to ever stay at an Abbey Inn again. "
