"I only stayed one night. Found bed bugs. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. "

"In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "

"No hot water for the first two and a half days. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff were friendly and apologetic but no manager was on the property and when contacted did not show."

"Front desk person was rude and never let you finish a sentence. I am certain they take towels from the floor to have you reuse them. I asked for more towels (I did not tell them I suspected their repurposed towel scheme) and was told to bring the ones in the room to the front desk where she inspected the towels with a look on her face like “how can you tell these were repurposed?” I did get new towels but the experience really did not sit well with me. "I love the campfire area and I always dine in the Chinese Restaurant next to the hotel, Excellent food. I also love the garden beds. When I explored The Cedar Breaks many years ago, I stayed at this hotel. Its a convenient drive to Brian Head. This is the hotel of my choice evertime I'm in Cedar City."

"This place is wonderful. Each room is unique and fun. We stayed in the Victorian room. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the tub, warming up by the fire and access to our own balcony. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The hosts are lovely and really spend time getting to know the guests or leaving you alone, whichever you prefer. The room was very clean. There is a lot of knick knacks and that can feel a little overwhelming, but mostly just fun to look at. There is a guest kitchen...
