"The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place."

"Staff was delightful. Room was dirty, tv didn’t have a remote, no coffee in the room, pool was not lit for evening swimming. Rowdy kids, made swimming for us not safe. Parking and location were very convenient."

"The pictures are kind of deceptive. It was only one night so it was fine for us. But the bed sheets had stains, no shampoo or conditioner or even hand soap was provided, only two towels, the floors were dirty and we saw ants crawling on the ground, the main lobby with breakfast was burning hot no ac, breakfast was barley anything more of an on the go type situation. "Easy to find, had parking when we needed it. Great staff, great beach access."

"I liked the fact that the staff was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay such a high deposit before I could get my room. Then you only get two sets of towels it was three of us. Overall I did us the laundry facilities and I liked having a decent kitchen for the kids. The parking lot floods so dont park in the middle, I had to swim to my car, the water was up to my doors."
