The condo was fully staffed with towels, dishes, no way put luggage on a cart or get up the stairs with it. There was a ramp but on other side of where room was a lot of walking my aunt is handicapped with a cane wasn’t helpful it was hard get to beach then bugs ate U up while U were at the beach. Coach bed was not comfortable but love the kitchen cabinets, dishes, oven, cleanliness of microwave, ease to get key & return the key. No hot tub near by like described.

I wanted to share some honest feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, a few issues made the experience less comfortable than expected. First, I reported that the heat wasn’t working, but no one came out to fix it—or if they did, it still only blew cold air. That was one of my main concerns throughout the stay. Second, the remote control for the television in the living area didn’t work. None of the available remotes operated the TV in that space, which was frustrating. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping, and the signal was very weak. The television in the bedroom also had poor quality and limited functionality. Overall, I was disappointed with these problems, especially given the amount I paid for the stay. I hope management addresses these issues promptly so future guests can have a better experience.

Perfect ocean view. Beautiful room and property. Only thing i would change is that there should be another elevator or ramp(s) so it would be easier to transport luggage to the room.

Unit was excellent. Building itself in need of maintenance. Elevator not working. Sinks stopped up. Toilet leaking. If you have a visitor they must park down the street. Only allowed 15 minutes parking.

The property was not the problem. The problem was Tybee Vacation Rentals! I arrived to checkin at Tybee Vacation Rentals around 4:30 pm. I arrived at the unit and was unable to get in due to the lock on the door. I put in the code I was given, unable to open the door. I scanned the QR code and watched the video and followed the instructions completely; still can’t get in. My first call to the office was after normal working hours so I spoke with Felicia. She gave me step by step instructions as well. Still no access! She informed me she had to send out a technician which would take 30-45 minutes. I waited another hour before reaching back out to Felicia which is when I spoke with Henry. He said he had to reach out to a technician and they said it would be 30-45 minutes again before they could get there. The property manager saw me waiting in the hall and offered to help. She reached out to the emergency line and explained to them I had been waiting in the hallway for 2 hours and no technician has shown up. She gave them her number and asked them to call her when the technician arrived as she allowed me to wait in her unit down the hall. We waited another 30 minutes and NO call and NO technician. She call a total of 3 times! The final time, they gave me a new code and told me to turn the dead bolt towards the hinges and push the door open. Since your calls are recorded, you can listen to EVERY conversation! I got in the unit at 9:28 pm! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Bedroom was so small was hard to get in and out of bed without hitting your foot into the wall or bed post. Pool had ants on the pool side , needed to be sprayed off daily. Patio was always hot , could have used a ceiling fan.

The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit.

I am impressed back the check in and out process, I just picked up the gate pass the check in box and dropped it off when I checked out….probably the best I have ever had. Filled out rental agreement online before I got there and that was it….Awesome!!!!

The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
