We feel as though the property served its purpose with overall being nice with a great location to the beach. The pool was nice. However, our specific room needed tending to. There were a few stains on the curtains and our bedding. The bathroom floor was cracked and if stepping on it incorrectly, could injure foot. Overall, served its purpose as a place to stay close to the beach.

The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street.

The room itself was mostly nice. The bed was very creaky. Bathroom tiles were a little loose. Patio door was insanely hard to lock. We had to change our door key twice and food got cold because we had to go through after hours. Our neighbors above us were smoking cigarettes and pot and dropping ashes on our patio table and chairs. Location was great. Room was well cleaned though

We had a wonderful stay overall. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. While the building could use some updates, the beachfront location was fantastic. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and full of dolphins during our stay. The only negative was the check-in experience. We arrived early, fully understanding that our room would not be ready until check-in time, and simply asked if we could obtain a parking pass while we waited. The front desk attendant was unexpectedly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. I was told to wait an hour for a parking pass with two small children. Throughout our interactions, she was dismissive, irritated, and offered no basic courtesy. Fortunately, the property itself was excellent and made up for an otherwise disappointing first impression.

The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Property was nice and clean and easy to access beach. Property left pods for the dishwasher and a laundry detergent pack. Bed was very comfortable, actually more comfortable than my home bed. Plenty of towels and just all around great.

The condo was fully staffed with towels, dishes, no way put luggage on a cart or get up the stairs with it. There was a ramp but on other side of where room was a lot of walking my aunt is handicapped with a cane wasn’t helpful it was hard get to beach then bugs ate U up while U were at the beach. Coach bed was not comfortable but love the kitchen cabinets, dishes, oven, cleanliness of microwave, ease to get key & return the key. No hot tub near by like described.

Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky inside the condo, especially at night. It needs a dehumidifier to make it comfortable. We used the ceiling fan, but it was old and made a loud sound. The shower curtain was rusty and fell down multiple times and the shower drain was clogged. The TVs are very outdated and so small! This is a cheap and easy update that would have really improved our experience. Do your research on the location. Here, you are as far out of town as possible, away from restaurants and not within walking distance of the main strip. We didn't like how far we were from everything. This was a last-minute trip for us, so we were working with what limited lodging was available, but we learned our lesson about staying on the north side of the island. You won't get a real ocean experience staying here. On the plus side, it did feel clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night.

The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit.
