It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. "The size of the property was important so our party of four could spread out. The basic kitchen equipment, dishes, and cutlery were provided. Plenty of towels and basic soap and dishwasher detergent. Would have been nice to have beach towels available. Location was great with a quick walk in town and the beach across the small parking lot. Great view, top floor is a must. Garage parking and elevator to the floor were great additions. Enjoyed our time catching up and taking in the historic sites."
