"Nice stay and nice staff"

"Buddy at the desk was great, I forgot my key in my room and he gave me another to get freed up. Restaurant a short walk along the road, or a gas station across the street. The room was honestly a lot nicer than I expected. Didn’t have LOW expectations but was pleasantly surprised "

"I should have known something was wrong when I pulled in to property and parking lots were all practically empty. Maybe 6 cars total. So NO INTERNET was extremely inconvenient as we had lots of planning to do for local adventures as well as future hotels on the trip. Restaurant was closed... except for Continental breakfast which they said was a comp for no internet. It was as basic as it comes. Bed was extremely soft (maybe only a problem for me)... there was no box springs... I think...

"This area, Bluff, Utah, has basically nothing in it. The Desert Rose was our best option. That being said, the people working at the hotel and at Duke's Restaurant, are fabulous. They couldn't be nicer. BUT, the rooms are very dated, although freshly painted, and if you are on the bottom level, you will hear every step, every movement, every door, etc. We also had construction workers above us who decided to party until close to 1:30 a.m. on a Tuesday night. I called the front desk at 11:30...

"Pet friendly and plenty of dog walking down to the river. We stayed one night; the cottage was neat, the kitchen was functional. The bathroom was a good size and seemed accessible if needed. Fresh coffee was awesome! Would stay here again."

"Stayed to visit Monument valley. Easy parking, quiet and clean rooms. Very good breakfast."

"The rooms are well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was a refreshing change from the typical continental breakfast. It was nice to park just outside out room and there are areas to relax outside. "

"The room was dirty, and the power was out all night and morning. Had no lights and couldn’t shower. The breakfast had hardly anything even at 7:00am. No discount was offered even though there was not power. "

"Property is in a good location and clean inside. However take care in reading the property description. The "laundry" is a coin-operated laundry in the stairwell that takes quarters to run. Gas grill was filthy and had no fuel. The "wood" in the fire pit consisted of twigs collected from the trees around the property. The kitchen was not well equipped. Example: 3 dinner plates in a condo that sleeps 8."
