"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful, and very well-maintained. Great amenities, friendly staff, on-site food options, and all set in a truly spectacular location. Add in that they're dog and kid-friendly, and you just can't go wrong! Not sure when we'll be in the area again, but if we return, we will definitely plan to stay again!"

"Absolutely beautiful! They have everything you may need. Movie theater, museum. Gas station, car wash and grocery store. There is also a laundry mat available on the property. The restaurant is a must eat! Great food and friendly service. There are fire pits staff can start for you. The lodge staff are so wonderful! We will be retuning. Don’t forget to find the Arch!"

"Rooms were nice, but to be frank this is an old facility with a room upgrade. "Hot buffet breakfast" is the same as what you would find at any Holiday inn, nothing special."

"This property is exactly what I expected. It is not a “5-star” hotel but is five star for being an older small town hotel from a past era. The room was clean and had daily room service. There was plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. I would recommend this place to those looking for a good place to stay but don’t need new"

"Called the front desk because there were men outside the window working on a vehicle. Front desk said "well it's my vehicle they are working on", is that what the employees supposed to be doing on the property? Front desk wasn't and didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed with that service."

"My only regret was not being able to stay longer. We called ahead to check the cable TV as my husband was intent on watching the March Madness Basket ball Tournament. Not only did she assure we would be able to watch it, she set it up and it was on when we checked in! It was our most comfortable stay of our entire Grand Circle"

We walked in saw hole in wall, mold on bathroom ceiling, broken blinds, etc. it sits in the middle of a trailer park right outside the windows. We took pictures of all we found wrong. Called the host to say we would not be staying and why. Then sent a text with pictures to the host. Never heard anything back. We had to find alternative arrangements for the next three nights.
