"Great little hidden gem. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Southwestern rustic decor. Clean and well maintained. Nice view of the San Juan River. Eat 2 meals at the restaurant and both meals were very good. Would stay again."

"I was awake most of the night and left the facility at 5 AM, prior to the breakfast being served. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night. The room was clean and well kept. I would not stay there again."

"This hotel is very impressive for what it is and it’s location. Excellent value for the money. It is not an amenity rich luxury property. It is a great stop over for us as a halfway point between Phoenix and Steamboat Springs. It is impeccably clean. It’s been completely remodeled, so the rooms are quite updated. The staff could not be friendlier and overtly expressing wanting to make sure your experience is good. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast is not easy to do for...

"I had to book a last minute room for my husband on a motorcycle trip as he was stuck in a lightning storm and needed a safe place to stay. The host was unavailable in person but her communication over the phone made the check in process seamless. My husband had a great night sleep other than a person trying to get into his room in the morning. Would recommend other than that!"

"The property and staff were very nice. My issue was with Expedia. I ordered a room with two beds and the only thing they had left was a room with one king bed. The property is beautiful. It was an amazing view outside my window. I would highly recommend the resort but not necessarily Expedia"

"Our room was very small - very little room to move around. The wi-fi kept kicking us off, but that was probably not their fault. They came right over to help troubleshoot what the problem was. There was very little to do in Bluff; again, not their fault. We have paid far less for a room twice as good elsewhere."
