"This might be the funkiest little motel we've ever stayed in. It's perched on a cliff overlooking the San Juan river in beautiful red rock country. It is NOT fancy and the amenities are just OK (not great), but it's clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are cool with good views and plenty of outside chairs and tables. Definitely worth the experience."

"I stayed for one night in a double room. I just loved it, hacienda vibes, lots of plants and flowers, fabulous view, and a TON of thoughtful, charming details. The shower was wonderful and really liked the handmade soaps. The owner was very welcoming and cooked a fabulous breakfast! It was really hot when I was there, so wasn’t able to take advantage of all the nice outdoor amenities. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"We stayed here because it was on our way back from the Grand Canyon and there weren’t many options. Almost had the place to ourselves. Right next to a run-down rv park, with stray cats everywhere. After a week on the road, this was the first place to NOT turn on the AC before we arrived. 100 degrees outside and our rooms were hot and stuffy. Went to bed still hot, with the AC struggling to catch up. It sounded like a train in our room! Needless to say, by 3am we were all freezing. The hot tub...
