"I was awake most of the night and left the facility at 5 AM, prior to the breakfast being served. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night. The room was clean and well kept. I would not stay there again."

Dining options were limited on-site but the food was fine if a little expensive for what it was. Freshly cooked pizza was the best option - Chicken wings were fatty and not so nice. Complimentary breakfast cereal bars were available in Reception along with tea/coffee."

"This hotel is very impressive for what it is and it’s location. Excellent value for the money. It is not an amenity rich luxury property. It is a great stop over for us as a halfway point between Phoenix and Steamboat Springs. It is impeccably clean. It’s been completely remodeled, so the rooms are quite updated. "I had to book a last minute room for my husband on a motorcycle trip as he was stuck in a lightning storm and needed a safe place to stay. The host was unavailable in person but her communication over the phone made the check in process seamless. My husband had a great night sleep other than a person trying to get into his room in the morning. Would recommend other than that!"

During our stay we had to change rooms because although the bed was made and room clean, when I pulled back the sheets there was hair all over the sheets and bottom of the pillow. Thanks to the wonderful staff we were then re-roomed to a nicer room which was completely clean."

"Would not recommend at all. The room look like it had been flooded or has mold all around the bottom edge of the walls. There was no hot water for a shower snd the soap bottle was empty. I also got a horrible spider bite during the night, I am still hoping doesn’t get worse. Someone who runs the place needs to spend the night there and see the rooms."

"Our room was very small - very little room to move around. The wi-fi kept kicking us off, but that was probably not their fault. They came right over to help troubleshoot what the problem was. There was very little to do in Bluff; again, not their fault. We have paid far less for a room twice as good elsewhere."
